Fireside Fare

 

From campfire to kitchen, I'll be show casing new recipes and food for your enjoyment.  Fish recipes are far broader than traditional deep fried or beer battered delicacies. Truth is most people don't venture too far into the culinary aspect of piscene dishes because they can be some of the most daunting to attempt due to the delicate nature of most fish.  

No fears, my aim is to keep any dishes presented as simple as possible.  I'll also try to present an assortment of side dishes to complement the main dishes.
